Granola recipe

 

Becca’s Midnight Granola

3 cups rolled/quick oats

1/2 cup sunflower seeds, unsalted

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup canola oil

1/4 cup ground flax seed

tsp. vanilla extract

(dried fruit, coconut, nuts optional)

Mix all together and spread on baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 8-10 min. Check to see when it starts to get browned and take out and let cool. Use a spatula to loosen granola and store in jar. Makes 6 generous servings. serve with soy milk or yogurt. mmm.
